Governors meet in new Board Room

15th December 2011
A new 26 seater conference and meeting space was opened and used for the first time this week. The Board of Governors, Chaired by Raj Patel, met in the new space, which includes the original pipework of the former Grammar School organ from the early 1900’s.The new meeting area is part of a £1.1million refurbishment of the college. The college received a grant from the Young Peoples Learning Agency (YPLA) earlier this year.
"This is a wonderful development that has delovered modern facilities in a way that also celebrates and preserves the great history of the college and our buildings. The 22 seater meeting space has now been brought fully back into use and will be of great benefit to students, staff and visitiors"
Paul Wilson (Principal)
