Renowned artist Henrietta Corbett teaches Mono-Printing workshop

26th January 2012

Renowned artist Henrietta Corbett visited Regent College and shared her approach to mono-printing.

The learners found this experience to be informative and enjoyable and an area which they hadn't experienced before. They were thrilled to be learning something different and taking focus away from a traditional art lesson.

Jolanta Kluzik, had studied mono-printing in the past, said "I learnt much more on this occasion, because Henrietta is a professional print maker who was great to work with."

Safa Nanumiam, followed on to say "I really enjoyed Mono-printing with Henrietta, because it was fun. We experimented with lots of different mark-making and stencilling techniques."

Henrietta Corbett studied Sculpture and Print at Wolverhampton Polytechnic where she was taught by the Artist Anish Kapoor. She has an MA in Art Education from Brighton University and has taught courses in Print at De'Montfort University Leicester and at Cill Rialaig Print Centre Co. Kerry.
